The SWOT sheet displays a summary of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats identified through your customer feedback.
By default, each section of the SWOT analysis displays the top categories as a bar chart with all categories and comments listed in a table.
To view details on a category:

Use the slide bar to scroll through categories and view comments.

Use the search tool to filter by category.
Note: if you hover over a comment it will open in a dialog box to make it easier to read.
Note: when you filter by a category, all four elements will filter, e.g. filtering for attitude in strengths will also filter for attitude in weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, allowing you to identify threats specific to each strength category or opportunities to address specific weaknesses.
